Linton T. Clarke, III is a South Dakota licensed attorney.  He will complete a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from The University of Alabama in August 2019.  Linton received his Juris Doctor from The University of North Dakota School of Law.  Linton obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida He was born and raised in Palm Beach, Florida.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Linton served in the Army National Guard for seven years. His experience in trial practice includes criminal defense, tax litigation and contract litigation in state and federal courts. Linton’s previous experience includes work at the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and SERC Reliability Corporation.
